The university has begun its search for a new Deputy Vice Chancellor and Principal (DVC) for UBC’s Okanagan campus.
Responsible to the President, the DVC provides high level oversight for a complicated portfolio, focusing on the operation of the Okanagan campus as well as strategic leadership in order to accomplish the vision, commitments, goals, and actions as set out in UBC’s strategic planning document, Place and Promise: The UBC Plan.
Following the committee’s first meeting, a broadcast email was sent to the UBC community.
