Professor Toope provided a keynote address on Synergy, Competition and Collaboration at the University of Hong Kong’s “Presidents Summit – East Meets West” on 18 December 2011.
As part of HKU’s Centenary celebrations, the Summit was an opportunity for the heads of leading universities from around the world to consider the “East Meets West” theme in the context of global higher eduction.
